plugin/processor/markdown.php에 펜스드 코드 블록([[code(```lang ```)]]) 지원을 추가했습니다.
  변경 사항:
  - $wiki_formatter 변수 추가 — 위키 포매터 참조를 저장하여 vim 프로세서에 위임할 수 있게 함
  - $formatter, ''''$options 파라미터를 받아 위키 엔진이 전달하는 포매터를 저장
  - doFencedCodeBlocks 등록 — 블록 gamut에 우선순위 5로 등록하여 기존 들여쓰기 코드 블록(우선순위 50)보다 먼저 처리
  - doFencedCodeBlocks() / _doFencedCodeBlocks_callback() 메서드 추가:
    - 언어가 지정된 경우 → processor_vim()에 위임하여 구문 강조 적용 ([[code(```c = {{{#!vim c}}})]] 동일 효과)
    - 언어가 없는 경우 → `<pre><code>`로 일반 코드 블록 출력
